Export, correct, or delete your household data whenever you need to.
Renvest stores sensitive household finance data. These controls stay easy to find and are clear about what you can export, correct, remove, and what we retain.
Eligible signed-in household owners and admins can export the accounts they select, each selected account's latest returned balance snapshot, and returned transactions for those selected accounts. It does not export unselected accounts; budgets; cash-flow context; debts; goals; planning records; profile data; receipts or receipt evidence; assistant history; or provider credentials. The workbook is generated on demand from the current signed-in request. It is not a background delivery, a support response-time promise, or an archival retention commitment. For data or privacy requests outside this workbook, use Contact support or Request privacy help. Those routes do not by themselves prove message delivery or a human acknowledgement.
Deletion should remove household membership and the associated household financial data on the selected schedule. Operational holds may remain only when required for security, billing, legal, backup integrity, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Users should be able to update categories, receipt item labels, debt details, account metadata, budget targets, and cash-flow assumptions when a provider import or AI extraction is incomplete.
Signed in: open Review to fix categories and details.
Renvest retains active household financial records while the household account is active so history, planning, reconciliation, and audit trails remain useful. Receipt archive actions hide receipts from the active vault, stop receipt-backed budget allocation impact, and retain private evidence until account deletion removes the associated household data. Questions about a specific retention case can go to support.
